Real Frat Rankings w/ Analysis

After checking out greekrank and sidechat for the first time in a while its crazy how these sites dont align literally at all with REAL campus perceptions. Let me give you one:
T1: Top
- Castle, Theos
- Hall
T1.5 Low Top (International):
- Zete, Owls
T2 Low Top (Domestic):
- Delt, Apes, ZBT
Both of these T2s are their own niches of international or more traditional American fraternity. In general the internationals are seen as a bit better which I agree with. Also atp apes may be above phi delt and further from ZBT.
Btw there's an enormous drop between this and the next ones. Everything above here typically shares a similar rush list, run downtowns together, vacation together, etc.
T3: Solid
- Fiji
- Elmo
Of the frats that aren't T1-T2, these are the generally the only two that can pull real upperclassman attendance. The others struggle with this substantially.
T4: Mid
- SAE
- Sammy
- Phi/Pikapp
- Sig Chi
These frats have varying srat relations that I can't speak to. But what I can speak to is their pull only really extending to freshman and very close friends. upperclassman aren't going here.
T5: Who Cares
- Beta
- KSig
- AEpi
- Sig Nu
- Sig Ep
- TEP
- KA
- ATO
- DKE
- Crows
- Pike
- Phi Psi
- Lambda
- Pilam

accurate for the most part. just my opinions:
- owls is above zete. owls late nights are on par w zete now and brunch puts them over the top.
- delt is still clear of apes. maybe if apes crushes rush this year they can switch, but not yet
- hall honestly might be down with zete/owls. late nights have flopped, even their darties have been mid this year. pulled a good pc last year but haven't done much event wise.
congrats to this post for being the only one that's actually accurate tho. will probably get buried as rush ramps up this month.

Since this is the one honest thread on the site right now I figured I’d drop an honest sorority take:
T1: Theta, Tabard
T1.5: Tridelt
T2: Aphi, OAX
T3: SDT, Chi-O
Recently Aphi has been going crazy with posts on here comparing themselves to tridelt. It’s wild but them and OAX are basically the only sororities that post here actively. Aphi is over oax but not at tridelt level, besides that none of this is controversial
