Hot Takes on frats

These posts are absurd. Gonna rile a lotta feathers with this one. From nso to now here are my rankings so far (of frats I’ve been to):
1. Theos- killed nso, consistently good darties/late nights
2. Castle- dominated nso, haven’t thrown anything idk but it’s castle and Magic gardens coming up
3. Apes- good nso showing and honestly great parties so far
4. Owls- consistently good late nights, better than zete so far
5. Hall- pool was as per usual but have disappointed on campus
6. Zete - popping late nights but haven’t had many
7. Phidelt- been so MIA this year what’s going on

these takes are all so bad:
theos has been so bad this year. darties have been a cut below mid.
castle literally has not thrown a single event, just signed on to downtowns and other frats
apes "nso showing" was a huge failure at moshulu, flop at broad hall, and noto. and foam was actually horrid (a kiddy pool guys? really?)
owls is the most accurate thing here. their late nights have dominated.
hall has been relatively mid. their recent darty looked empty
zete late nights are good as usual
phidelt has thrown a couple times and been decent. but they were never known for huge on campus blowouts anyway
zbt is the real MIA. heard graffiti was mid and I haven't heard of them doing anything else.
