Rushing frat question

Hi, I’m a freshman rushing and I’ve been to pretty much most of the fun frats so far…

One question tho: why do people join off-campus frats? It’s like choosing a literal shack that smells like piss and beer over a mansion or castle with chefs and cleaners.

Does anyone have other reasons besides the fact that they “go really hard”?

You should pick your frat based off the guys in it, the girls they hang out with, and the quality of the parties they throw. The physical house really doesn't matter bc most frats have satellites.

That’s a very shallow way of looking at life lol. You should think to yourself, “do I want to live with these guys in this house?” Girls and parties come and go. Also a frat won’t help you pull girls, that’s a you thing.

No one rly cares about their house. Better to live in piss with good guys than a mansion with bad
