Someone that is an avid Greek Ranker must provide some updated frat rankings based on all of the juicy posts on here and on how interesting nso is this year

Wouldn't say nso affects rankings that much. Zete/owls are better than apes but they have fewer nso events. More so just a matter of who grinds over the summer.

It’s the same as always other than the slash fighting between frats on the same tier. In other words, with slashes being equal:
Castle
Theos/Hall
Owls/Zete/Apes/Delt
ZBT
Fiji/Sammy/Sae
Sigchi/Beta/Pikapp
Everything else

although theyre on the same "tier" you cant really compare apes or delt to owls or zete. Owls and zete are much more underground and sceney, think rich international vibes. Delt and apes are much more american state school frat vibes. Owls and zete do more late nights, while apes and delt are known for their staples (foam, farm, silent disco, toga, etc.)

Agreed but just in terms of event quality, mixers, etc the four of them are all roughly the same level and everything else is nitpicking for differences

Doesn’t apes mix with mostly T2 sororities compared to owls/zete?
