Is it just me or did the user base of this site shift significantly towards T3s lately? I checked for the first time in a while the last couple days and all I see is like Pikapp and Sammy and Fiji self ranking. If you look at the timestamps of that one post asking about pikapp it got like -8 and 4 comments in under an hour which is way unusual for this site.
Tbh I don’t even think the apes/ZBT thing is real because any post that is about it always “just so happens” to slide in Fiji as T2 or Sammy as top of T3. Nobody seriously believes that ZBT is out of T2, nobody actually believes that Apes had a bad year. It’s the same thing with “people” saying that Delt dropped this year… the actual sentiment on campus is nothing like that.
When I checked this more actively last year you could tell that users were involved to at least some extent because they referenced specific parties, events, rush details, etc. That isn’t happening anymore. The only conclusion I can come to looking at all of this is that the T1 and T2 guys who used this website last year are all busy with summer and it’s been taken over by T3s trying to boost their rep using fake T2 beef as a shield.

pikapp is was not real a year ago bro im standing by this… I know it’s new Phi or whatever but even phi has been dying for years atp and had their best seniors/juniors poached. suddenly they are everywhere on GR and top of T3. suddenly sammy is tied with Fiji. it’s so obvious.

Fiji self ranks are unreal but ZBT did fall out of T2 they have had 3 bad rush years in a row objectively, they can’t host a party without hiring an expensive DJ, and they don’t mix with any top sororities. Frats like Owls have risen and frats like ZBT have fallen significantly

someone will accuse me of being a zbt plant for saying this but this just... lacks perspective. every t2 has had weak points in my time here.
- apes had a horrid rush year for their current juniors (pc of all transfers)
- zete just last year got one of the smallest pcs ever (7?)
- owls had 2 bad and 1 horrid rush year PCs (single digits)... which they recovered from in a single year to the best they've been ever in my time here
what im saying is that other T2s have had mid years... arguably much worse years than zbt had last year, and been totally fine. the only frat that has actually fallen out of T2 is SAE, and that took, what, 3 bad rush years + zero downtowns + empty late nights? for a full year. I think the reality is that it's just a lot harder than most people on GR think to drop from T2 and almost impossible to drop from T1
