T1: Best parties and downtowns
Theos
Castle/Hall
T1.5: All of these frats are equal, owls and zete have good lns, apes and delt have good parties all have atleast one good downtown.
Apes/Delt
Owls/Zete
T2: Drop off from frats above, don’t see top sororities and don’t have good downtowns. Still relevant
Zbt/Fiji
T3: No good downtowns, no top sorority mixers

Not in ZBT just obvious you have no idea what's good. owls and zete are not "equal" to delt and apes. Apes and zbt mix with the same sororities and both throw downtowns with delt and castle. Just annoying to see fiji flooding this site with spam.

lol there are so many issues with this even besides the zbt thing...
- theos is not top (should be castle)
- owls/zete are above apes/delt
- delt is above apes
- fiji doesn't have any downtowns
