information leak

want to leak this information:

- one of my friends overheard a brief conversation between an ofsl representative and two other people
- the ofsl person was easily identifiable because they host zooms for like half of the on-campus greek houses. he didn't know who the other two were
- they said they want "nuisance chapters" off reduced in influence because of the "culture of exclusivity"
- specifically mentioned Psi Upsilon (Castle) and Zeta Beta Tau
- talked about strong alumni pressures to keep certain chapters around, which has "prevented us for taking firmer action previously"
- certain chapters "damage university property" and "university housing" beyond what is "acceptable"
- says going forward they are going to "nudge" all chapters into having less influence

things that were less clear:
- off campuses are "a concern", but "are resolving themselves" [unsure what this meant]
- called "popular" chapters "concentrations of privilege" that are "contrary to... [something he didn't hear]... inclusive mission"
- one of the other people said something about "toxic masculinity" and brought up Andrew Tate before laughing [didn't hear the full context of this]
- brought up Spring Fling as "model" events the university prefers [also don't know what this means]
- something about "universal reduction of approved events"
