agreeable year-long conclusions

some basic things I think we can all agree on to summarize this year:
- theos down slightly
- hall up
- owls up slightly
- sae out of T2
- Fiji up slightly

besides this nothing has changed substantially. change my mind

There have been some legitimate shifts within the lower tiers. For example, DKE is down as they lost their house. Pike is up as they had a good year, but they look like they are entering a tough spot next year. And crows had a good year too
