Personal Frat Ranks (Unaffiliated Freshman)

These ranks are all regurgitated and boring. I’m a freshman who didn’t rush but all my friends are in frats T1-3. Here is my perspective on the consensus among freshman dudes and girls for how frats pan out.

Top: Pretty strict group of the top 8 frats that are regarded as sceney. Top and Low Top tiers usually cover these.

Castle, Hall, Theos, Zete
Delt, Apes, ZBT, Owls

Upper Middle: Big parties but these frats get the leftovers from the above 8 frats. Still respectable but they don’t have the srat relations or hype of the ones above.

Fiji, SAE, Sig Chi, Sammy

Lower Middle: def a lot less reputable than the above 4 frats

Beta, Elmo, AEPi, KSig

Irrelevant: not really important in the Penn social scene and don’t really mix w the srats other than SK and Zeta
