Pledging tier 2 frats sophomore fall

How hard is it to get a bid and pledge T2 frats like delt, apes, ZBT during sophomore fall?

For Delt you have to be an athlete (baseball or lacrosse), apes only takes transfers in the fall, and not sure if zbt takes any fall pledges at all
