FEB. RANKS OFFICIAL
by: ifc
T1: Castle > Theos = Hall > Zete
T2: Phi Delt > Apes > ZBT = SAE
T3: Fiji > Sig Chi > Sammy > Pikapp
T4: Beta > Aepi = Ksig
Tier Breakdown:
T1: The scene. Best, most extravagant events on and off campus. Not really the “traditional” frat experience, not that it hurts them.
T2: Solid events, good to great srat relations. More of a traditional domestic frat experience, hosts occasional downtowns
T3: Throws events but mostly attended by freshmen. Still solid groups but typically lacking a bit socially and srat relations wise.
T4: Occasional events that are either dead or filled with freshmen. Lots of nice guys in these ones however, Lacking in the sorority department.
How they did:
Castle was average. Got an average pc by their standards which is not bad in the slightest. Tight relations and the opportunity for big events this sem.
Theos will be fine. Despite the controversy they pulled a quality pc, lost some but still undoubtedly a top tier.
Hall did great. Above average pc and room to possibly overtake theos this year.
Zete is a sleeper pick but they will likely do great this year. They have a monopoly over Thursday late nights and will likely stay that way.
Phi Delt was fine. Lost a decent amount but great pc nonetheless.
Apes did really well despite everyone losing faith in them. Definitely still a little shaky but will be fine most likely (for now)
ZBT is… meh. Their pc is lacking but they can sure as hell still throw and their relations are solid.
SAE will (probably) be okay despite a weak fall semester. They got a quality pc and as long as they can get their act together this semester they’ll be in good shape.
Fiji did good, not amazing. They are, however, not above SAE or ZBT quite yet and they are most certainly not a T2. We’ll see what happens though.
