Sig Chi gets bltched around for downtowns and always ends up being used for down payments. No one says “damn I’m going to a sig chi downtown” it’s always the other frats that get recognition because people go for castle, Zete, etc. not sig chi. SAE does a terrible job w downtowns and has essentially stopped trying to run them after the failed downtown during september.

Not tryna hate bc I actually like sae parties a lot but that’s how it is

Nah I mean fair they’re not good at them I just meant they technically throw them. Like as u said SAE did one during NSO and I think Sig X did 2. Ur right that they aren’t good tho lol

I think that’s why op doesn’t include them in the downtown tier because both have greatly underperformed this fall and likely won’t be on any downtowns in the near future…

To be fair, apes and zbt barely do downtowns, but apes has one coming up and did one during nso and zbt did Friday beers w castle and phi delt

Difference I feel like is ZBT and apes do way better socially. Apes and ZBT throw infinitely better than sig chi and sae on campus (apes not as much this sem) and rush way better than the two (ZBT not so much this sem.)
