Tier 4, 5, 6 fraternities
by: citikidWharton freshman who does not want top-tier fraternity. Looking for a more relaxed on-campus house with a diverse group of guys that is located near Wharton buildings.I only see talk of the most selective, top houses. Some description of lower-tier frats, please.

I appreciate your feedback. Can you please tell me what I'll regret? I want a social scene, but it may not be the social scene of Castle or Theos, looking for low key. Location on campus, close to Wharton is important to me. Have a TA from Ksig who is cool, met great guys from Ksig at the gym.

Exactly my point. If I had to guess, I'm not a fit for Castle or Theos, but I don't find the need to apologize. Location matters to me for various reasons (time spent running my own business and some other stuff). I want low-key and don't want to be in a brotherhood where there is so much time and effort spent making our parties the best and most exclusive.
