If you want the best social scene (best events, relations, tradition, brotherhood, etc.) you really should only pick between these 13 frats/srats….all others won’t give you the same level of access. This isn’t to say other frats/srats are bad or not worth joining, but their definitely is a difference in the level of commitment (and therefore benefits) these orgs provide. In no particular order at all:
On Campus:
Hall
ZBT
Phi Delt
Zete
Castle
—
Theta
TriDelt
Aphi
Off Campus:
Apes
Theos
Owls
—
Tabard
Oax
8 Frats and 5 Srats. That’s just my two cents for the freshman. Again, find your best fit, but know that these orgs def have an edge on the social scene!

I disagree. There is something to be said about being a brother in a somewhat off-the-radar frat. We have amazing real estate, location, brotherhood, and a diverse but close-knit brotherhood. I don't care that we are ranked tier 4 or 5; I consider us a less-discovered gem.

brotherhood maybe. Location doesnt mean anything, plus Hall Delt Castle ZBT Zete all have some of the best real estate on campus. Only T4 frat I can think of even remotley competing in terms of real estate is KSig...

Not looking for Hall, Castle, ZBT, or Delt, just not looking for a place where there is so much effort placed on hosting large-scale parties.Not knocking it but not my vibe. Want close, chill brotherhood
