I know this is a ranking site, but all this talk of tiers bums me out. I'm a relaxed Wharton freshman who wants to be in an on-campus frat. Not looking for tier 1, 2, 3, 4. Want a diverse, smart PC and a house near Wharton. Some descriptions of the lower-tier fraternities would be helpful.
