Stop with the bs .5 tiers…there’s not that many frats in campus. Other post was garbage. Virtually no difference within rows on this post.

T1: Big downtown presence and some of the best on-campus events
T2: Infrequent but still substantial downtown presence, large on-campus events, T1-2 srat relations
T3: Once-a-semester downtown and decent on campus events/T2-3 relations
T4: Only on campus events and T3 srat relations
T5+: Irrelevant
