Trends:
Castle (same): Has been throwing extremely well and on a number of downtowns
Theos (down): Failed downtowns, poor rush, mid on-campus events
Hall (up): Very good rush, above average events, will steal some kids from Theos
Zete (up): Great events and good rush, might steal some kids from Castle
Delt (same): Good but few events, very average rush, will lose kids to Hall
ZBT (up): Great events, mid rush so far, will lose some to Apes
Apes (same): Above average rush, will steal some from ZBT, very bad events this sem
Owls (same): Rush is very much still tbd, great events this year though
Fiji (up): great rush and above average events this year, will lose kids to T1-2 frats
SAE (down): below average events and rush
Phi (up): good rush, average events
Sig Chi (down): below average rush and very below average events
Sammy (same): Sammy is just Sammy

Before y'all castrate me, here's a disclaimer:
- Hall being bottom T1 is more of a (very educated) prediction than a reality
- Delt/Zete is a coin flip IMO
- ZBT/Apes is def a coin flip at this point. Huge pros and cons to both based on this semester's performance
- Owls being bottom T2 is also more of an educated guess/prediction. From what I know, their standing hinges on rush which is still very uncertain as they have a ton of cross-rushes with T1-2 frats
- Fiji>SAE is not a coin flip. Sorry SAE.
- Phi/SigChi is a coin flip as well.
For many of these close ones, it really comes down to personal preference. Ask different people and you will get different answers.

Owls has already jumped apes and zbt from a srat relations standpoint and is certainly equal in terms of throwing. Rush would only solidify it further
