No I’m not in Hall. No I’m not in ZBT. Just hear me out:
- Theos has had such a below average semester…losing rushes to Hall, failing downtowns, below average late nights…Castle is a league of its own right now.
- Hall on the other hand has rushed extremely well and has had an above average social calendar
-Zete over Phi Delt any day. Delts momentum from last years PC seems to have worn off a bit. Farm and Twinsick were fine, but they have not been rushing well.
- ZBT over Apes for now. Apes has the edge in rush, but ZBT has thrown miles better this semester. Coin flip for these two.
- Owls has the POTENTIAL to jump both Apes and ZBT, but too much is still in the air with their PC. Tons of cross rushes with other T1-2 frats that they could easily lose.
- SAE down to T3. Can’t justify T2 anymore with literally 1 good event all semester.
- Fiji is making a strong case to jump SAE. I’ve heard good things about this potential new PC
- Sig chi is sliding. Enough said.

Hall does not deserve T1 or 1.5 or whatever u want to call it. I get that they are getting a good PC but they simple can’t throw other than their darties, which are practically gifted to them bc they are the only ones who throw. Halloween was fine, but keep in mind no other Frat besides sig chi was throwing….

Castle, Theos, Phi Delt, Zete, ZBT, and Owls all throw better events in their houses…
