Some Fraternity Analysis for Rushes

Holistically speaking, each fraternity is better in some ways compared to others. There should not necessarily be any unanimous top; instead, it should really depend on what you prioritize as a person and that should help you decide where to go. Here is a full breakdown of some of the top fraternities:

Castle - low frequency of events and bad relations with OFSL with last year's bad PR, but they are fixing it. high quality events with Cosmos, MG, Tennis, and Frost. great brotherhood between the guys and best physical house on campus. great connections + work-life balance; bonus points for diversity and in-house chef. good sorority relations mixing mostly with theta and tabard. Pledging is average.

Theos - high frequency of events (low quality late nights, high quality darties, low quality downtowns: standout Woodser and we'll see about Soiree on Monday). Brotherhood is weak and PR is awful especially at the current moment. Fabulous sorority relations mixing a good amount with Tabard, Tri Delt, and Theta. Very low amount of diversity. Houses are nothing special. Connections are solid. Pledging is bad.

Hall - low frequency of events, low amount of diversity, high quality of darties, mediocre quality of late nights, and high quality of brotherhood. Great on-campus house, bonus points for chef. Solid sorority relations mixing mostly with Tri Delt and Tabard. Great connections, few downtowns. Pledging is fine.

Phi Delt - medium frequency of events, more diversity than Theos and Hall to be fair, medium quality of darties, late nights, and parties, decent on-campus house, good amount of brotherhood. Pledging sucks. Decent sorority relations with mostly Tri Delt and a little bit of Theta.

Zete - medium frequency of events, very international, great on-campus house, great late nights, high quality of brotherhood, a little bit culty, weird but light pledging. Decent sorority relations with a little bit of Theta and Tabard.

Owls - medium frequency events, but to be fair all the events have been pretty high quality with good late nights, darties, and brunch. brotherhood is strong and they are diverse. Some of the older guys are a bit weird, but some are also really great; newer ones are better. Solid sorority relations with Theta and Tabard. No bonus points for being off campus and having mediocore houses. Easiest pledging of the off-campus ones, but still not great.

I'm going to be completely honest and say that I have no clue about any other frats. This is my analysis on the ones that I mix with the most; keep in mind it is not in any specific order.
