End-of-Semester Frat Ranks (w/ Analysis)

Rationale:
- Castle and Theos are both still in strong form. Castle gets the slight edge with better events as of late. Both are thriving in rush. Standout events include Theos moving in on the darty market, MG, Frost, and Cosmo.
- Delt and Hall are locked in on a decent cross-rush battle right now. People in Delt say they are winning. People in Hall say they have the edge. Time will tell. Solid events overall this sem. Standout events include the iconic Hall darties and Twinsick.
- Zete has been its usual self with its late-nights and Castle cross-rushes. I will say their lack of versatility in event capabilities.
- Apes has been killing it in rush recently. Absolutely killing it. Might steal from Theos and ZBT this year. Events have been average but the standout was definitely silent disco for me.
- ZBT deserves some credit for its resurgence from last semester. Rush has been lackluster, but SkiBT and Imanbeck were night and day from last year.
- Owls has been killing it socially. Standout events include Brunch and packed late nights. One point of concern is their ability to rush; something that has killed them in the past.
- SAE has been slipping in both rush and social as of late, but anything really can happen in the next few weeks/month. Standout event was definitely the homecoming darty
- Fiji has put together a solid piece of work from both a rush and social perspective this semester. Hats off to them as I have them topping T3; let's see if they can pull off a good PC for once.
- Sig Chi has been disappointing; parties have been mostly freshmen and they just can't seem to compete with the T2 frats on a night when another frat is throwing. Rush is still a mystery as well.
- Phi has been another surprise frat of the semester. New house, better events, and on track for a better PC.
- Beta and Sammy are both frats with dry social schedules and minimal influence in the greek life scene these days. They are often getting outperformed by Ksig and AEpi these days

when the top houses finish beating eachother up for rushes, and phi delt takes an L to hall theos and maybe even a little owls (cuz in that case theos will dip more into phi delt, still unlikely), they will go crazy in formal rush and the apes pc will choose the frat that actually mixes with theta/tri delt. not that hard to understand lol
