Rant: YOU KNOW for a fact that SAE or Owls or Apes made it when the tiers go from Top, Low Top, to Mid. It doesn’t just go straight from low-top to mid. It simply just doesn’t go like that.
There is no way Phi Delt and SAE/ZBT are on the same level. I’m sorry. Same with Owls. So small. The social circles are not it. Low Top is only phi Delt hall and Zete. Everyone else is taking it

Each of the low top frats u mentioned have something going for them that T3 doesn’t. Apes outrushed sae zbt easily, sae and ZBT both managed to get theta aphi oax as staples on their calendar, and owls has comparable tri delt theta relations than delt and zete these days.
