T2: More variance here. Very respectable frats with good relations. Pretty large variety in terms of culture but primarily mix with the top 4 sororities
T3: Good frats. Less sceney and downtowns. Respectable nonetheless
T4: Relevant frat cutoff in terms of Penn srat relations
T5: Less reputable, minimal srat relations
T6: Could be extinct and I wouldn't know
