Disagree w ZBT take. Heavy decline but name recognition and rep gets em into SAE Apes territory. Close friend of mine is in the frat; their srat relations and social calender is solid.
Also want to advocate for Owls here; stopped by their post-darty stuff. Constantly flooded with the top srats. They earned their place above Apes tbh

I think Hall above Phidelt and Owls above Apes. Both have better downtown pull, phidelt canceled a downtown and had a rough noto. Apes had a bad noto even with castle
