do any sororities not accept sophs?

all sororities are required to take a certain number of sophomores i think - so from a numbers perspective its easier since you aren't competing with freshmen. however if you have a certain sorority in mind you really need your friends in that sorority to vouch for you. for oax i think you can rush as a sophomore only if you didn't rush as a freshmen - for the panhel sororities you can rerush
