Very respectable frats. Lot of movement to be had in this tier.

Respectable frats that throw occasionally. And no Sig Chi, having 2 downtowns does not make you T2. It’s the people that count.
T4: Beta KSig Aepi
Last of the frats that people go to.

T5: SigEp DKE Phi Psi Crows
Occasional one night wonders
T6: ATO TEP SigNu Pike
Do y’all exist? Also ATO house carries…
T7: KA Lambda etc.
Could be extinct and I wouldn’t know tbh
More predictions:
1. I see Theos and Castle continuing their reign at T1. Nothing to see here.
2. This tier is by far the most interesting. I predict Delt continues w another strong semester and Zete rising with some downtowns to couple with their Thursday nights. Hall continues to fall but their iconic darties will keep them around. Owls is the fastest riser on campus right now. Apes and ZBT are in shambles but this semester should be a breath of fresh air as they can rely on their on campus events to hopefully build good PCs. SAE will need to put together a stronger social calendar but I’m optimistic about them as well; they (alongside zbt apes and owls) make up the lower end of T2.
3. SigChi is always an interesting one to watch. On one hand they get a few downtowns every year but their PCs are always T2 leftovers. Literally all Hall/Delt cuts (athletes) and ZBT/SAE cuts (nonathletes). If they steal a few guys frim T2 this year I can see them in T2 come 2023. Fiji has solid dudes and an above average social calendar for T3 but lacks good events. Sammy and Phi are a question mark for me and Elmos realistically is just it’s own thing at this point. Allegedly they have some ~interesting~ late nights though.

Disagree that tri delt is below theta and tabard. If anything the realistic move would be all three in T1. Just all different vibes…it’s hard to compare them using anything besides mixers and overall rep

Literally heard Theos and hall kids talking about how much they hate hosting downtowns w sig chi. Whole pc is just weird. They literally use sig chi as an atm for funding downtowns

to be fair, they’re the only thing of it’s kind so if that’s what your looking for, it can actually be super competitive to get a bid. Although I think T3 is still too generous, they’re more on the same level as Ksig or sigep
