Predicted 2022 Fall NSO Frat Rankings

These are just my predictions

T1
Theos, Castle
Hall

T2
Phi Delt, Apes
ZBT, Owls

T3
SAE, Zete
Sig Chi, Phi, Fiji
Sammy

Everyone else…

1. Hall is up because of how well their downtown is doing so far, something Phi Delt doesn’t really do as successfully

2. SAE’s downtown numbers so far…

3. Owls is using their money as much as they can to climb back up, and they’re doing it well

4. Zete doesn’t really do well in this category as well as all the other places that do multiple downtowns. so even though they’re good, they just can’t compete as well

5. The places that can throw big parties like backlot or large spaces like Sig chi and ZBT will prolly do well
