Owls and Sig Chi gr summer chairs gonna be mad. Sig Chi, you’re not t2 and please stop. Nice house. Okay ppl. But just not there. Owls, just because you have “good ppl” in ur eyes doesn’t mean anything if you literally don’t even have 30 people. Be grateful you’re on here. Phi and Apes are small but def not Owls small. SAE and ZBT are declining, but they’ll prolly still pull back up to t2 next year. Met Fiji boys, they’re nice. But they’re just nice. Not really crazy or anything. Does Ksig even have sorority relations anymore? Like actually.
Predict, Theos and Hall will dominate downtowns next NSO and Hall will eventually rise over Phi Delt.

Nah they’re both equal rn. They both only have SK relations whereas literally all the other t3s have chi o and Aphi/oax

Most of these are good. Like 15 other frats at Penn but they’re all just so sad. Even some of the ones on here are lackluster
