Few notes for the freshmen:
- Gap between Castle/Theos and the rest is larger than you think.
- Phi Delt has been rising. Hall took a hit but still relevant
- Zete and Apes have been pretty constant (middle of the pack T2)
- Owls on the rise; not even in Owls but the women love them. Still small tho
- ZBT and SAE with very mid classes. Bottom T2 for now; let's give them the benefit of the doubt and see if SkiBT/another Joel Corry can save them.
- Sig Chi w a questionable class. Don't believe them spamming T2 all over GR. Has potential but top T3.
- Fiji looks promising; took some internationals last year but is still a soft frat overall
- Stop looking at the ranks with 7 tiers. There are not 7 tiers. The hierarchy rarely shifts that much people love to overreact/differentiate their frat from others.
