End of Spring 2022 Ranks (w/ summary)

T1: Theos Castle Hall
T2: Delt, Zete, Apes, ZBT, Sig Chi
T3: Owls, SAE, Fiji
T4: Phi, Sammy, Beta
T5: KSig SigEp AEPi DKE
T6: Pike Phi Psi
T7: TEP SigNu Crows

T1: Theos and Castle both have pulled their weight with their new PCs and new events. Not much movement here. Hall is slipping, but for the balance of tiers, no other frat has displaced them yet (Phi Delt close)
T2: Phi Delt looks great; hella mixers w top sororities. Apes and Zete overcame some early issues (small classes and snap bids) but ended up the same. ZBT and Sig Chi had some questionable calls (especially ZBT lmao) with their PCs have made up for it w good mixers and improved relations (ZBT recently w Theta/Oax and Sig Chi w downtowns and TriDelt Tabbard Theos Quad this weekend)
T3: Owls is the shocker here- very well regarded in terms of relations but their small class is holding them back. SAE has fallen off a bit when compared to their supposed equals (ZBT Sig Chi Apes)-- lost a lot of cross rushes and hasn't secured solid relations.
Other: Fiji seems to be doing okay. Don't know much here but that they have a big, relatively normal class. A frat to watch is potentially Phi; Oax relations could be crucial here.
Hope this was objective as possible.

But would add that I think zbt and sig chi (and even owls to some extent) have differentiated themselves from the rest of T3 T4. Way better mixers, better relations w top sororities (sig chi w tabbard and zbt w theta specifically). They also have oax and aphi in their back pocket which the rest of T3-4 can’t say
