Hall overrated it seems

Hall as as top house has no validly to it, seems there’s a small sophomore class and they aren’t doing well for rush — can’t latch on to a few dartys a year

Tbh Penn Frats are not that great in general. We just got to accept that this isn’t Michigan or Dartmouth.

because houses dont really move tiers. they might move around within a tier but no matter how much the try-hards post, it doesn’t matter.
