Aggravated Assault without a weapon is 10 years
by: the law
In Pennsylvania, Nick can face 10 years and in our county it is a no bond charge. If the prosecution can show that Nick showed no regard to human life, then it can be a max of 20 years.
God bless our American legal system.

It’s really hard to believe that someone would beat someone up like that for no reason. There must have been provocation. But it makes all the difference what kind. If the victim provoked Nick by hitting him hard first or showed some intention to hurt someone else, then Nick is in the clear. If it was purely verbal, Nick is doomed and quite Nick would be psycho to attack someone like that for just something verbal.

The other side of the story is that the "victim" is a not a stand-up dude as the article would have you believe and he is also best friends with the author of the article. The "victim" picked a fight and lost because the "victim" becomes aggressive when the "victim" is drnk.
