Not Feeling (as) Welcome

Been trying to make a name for myself along with my boys. Wanna get into one of the good frats. But lack of diversity and some pretty obvious preferences are dissuading me. Just looking at recent PCs, I can tell its going to be 2-3x more tough for me. Any advice?
