Why is Hall ranked so high consistently but I’ve never heard anything about them? What is good about them? Compared to Theos Apes or Castle

They throw nice downtowns on par with Theos and Castle. Also, they are just as rich as Theos and Castle (maybe slightly less rich

yeah so they’re literally just mostly rich white dudes. no hate on them personally or anything but they r very much country club vibes, the top “traditional frat” followed by phi delt (which is falling fast)
