SAE Rush and Pledge

I’m an incoming freshman who has friends in SAE. I was wondering what the rush process is like and how demanding the pledge process is? Ik there’s gonna be a bunch of physical “activity” but is there forced drinking or smoking or eating? Also, how embarrassing are the tasks?
