sig ep, sigma chi

I am considering transferring to penn, and was wondering how these fraternities are here? Sig Ep is considered an upper middle house at my school, and Sigma Chi is at the top.

Sig Ep is entirely irrelevant and Sigma Chi is barely relevant and full of athletes who got dropped at other frats
