Phi reputation upenn

I’ve heard of Phi but can’t find much on them. I know they have a house next to Pike on Spruce St. what’s their reputation and vibe?

mid tier chillers, probably nerds in high school... at one point a T2 frat but fallen off to T3 and stayed there for last 2 years

Phi is actually a great frat. don't believe the hate on here, but u can probably see right through that. My take on phi is that they are eclectic, artsy, intellects. If that's ur vibe, they are excellent. It's all about fit.
