the only schools Penn students actually respect are HYPSM Caltech and UChicago.... everything else is a hard pass

I think most people accepted to both Penn and Caltech choose the latter bc it’s a smaller MIT ... but with that said, I actually have relative at Caltech and Penn offers a much better intellectual experience and our alumni network is second to none

Caltech is a very self selected application pool anyways, it’s not easy to compare with any other school, not even MIT or CMU
