just an opinion but I think these houses are falling apart or trending up. frats not mentioned are staying the same (which is good)

wow this is actually fantastically accurate not a single wrong one. Zetes was not trending up until they just snagged those Owls kids so toss owls on the down list

Zbt falling apart is an incredible take. Their new pc is significantly better than the class before.

I mean their sophomores are geeds through and through - for their freshmen to be better is such a low bar

Also their class is p small and not that great... and a bunch were cut from a ton of places (hall/SAE/fiji/phi delt) before they ended up at ZBT so idk how that’s a wild improvement
