can an off-campus sorority be kicked off campus?
by: curiouscatLike what is Penn gonna do about this? The Old Old Alpha Chi just doesn’t have the same ring to it

Pretty sure them being off campus only means that they are exempt from anything that involves OFSL, such as paying the Greek Life fee or doing school mandated training/events, in addition to not having a nationals. I think that Penn will treat this matter as if the perpetrators are just a group of friends despite them obviously knowing they're an off campus sorority. That being said, they can't disband them but they still have the power to do whatever they want to do with regard to punishment/investigation as OSC exists.

yeah for this reason, i actually think Penn will just not tolerate the bs and expel some members... if they were on campus they would punish them by disbanding, but since they are not, the only punishment possible is kicking kids out
