what made OZ decline?

what exactly caused OZ to decline so much? it used to be t1 with theos and hall and now people aren't even including it in rankings.

The school tightening restrictions on off campus house parties didn’t help either, they used to throw down pretty hard

They also just start fights with other frats constantly

Also take increasingly weird and small classes

Also they r super creepy to girls and I know multiple people who have had drinks spiked there
