2021 Frat Updates

Theos - same and still at the top
Oz - huge downfall with no pc (awesome upperclassman though)
Castle - still at the top
Apes - significant improvement around T1 area now
The Hall - buffering around the top but had competing rushes with Theos
ZBT - consistent upper T2, great diversity
Fiji - improvement towards middle T2
Beta - improvement towards middle T2
AEPi - cool house but no clue about the pc
