I'm not in Chi O but they did post their PC'21 on their instagram. I'm assuming this person is just judging by looks from that insta picture. Looks like a pretty typical PC to me like they have had in the past semesters.

the new chi o girls and majority in general are hands down the nicest, coolest, and most down to earth girls on campus. gon do really well at penn and in life

Y'all are decent and I like the low key chill vibe but I would say it would be cool to see Chi O be more involved in greek life activities and mix with more frats.
