Why are frats so fratty here?

Not all but the ones mentioned in T1 and T2 seem to be so "fratty" aka backward, alcoholic, misogynistic and quite frankly look like the ones Penn may have had back in the 80s or 90s when racism was less hidden.... I might be off, is there anything for a social, progressive, not white athlete ?

i feel that vibe, our scene really encourages poc to rush but then when it comes time to bid, it's all about racial or religious preference... it's kinda like performative "marketing" but then there's very little to show under the hood
