PoC guys don’t listen to the discouragement
by: ChadI’ve been quite satisfied with Penn Greek life experience. I’m a PoC (tho sometimes considered “passing”) but I can empathize with both sides considering not everyone in my family is mixed. Yes there is racial stereotyping in frats and yes there are sororities who frankly don’t mix with frats once they become more diverse. But being in a frat is about finding friends and not about being at the so called “top”. If you look under the hood, the social ladder is built by white people so trying to climb it as a PoC is counterproductive. Instead, be open minded and rush a frat that makes sense to you—- and trust me you will never look back. Cheers

This is such a “first world problem”...the “racism” here isn’t event that bad and frats are honestly allowed to stay as diverse or white as they wish- they are private entities... and if it was an actual problem, why isn’t anyone in school administration actually talking about this ? Where are the woke feminists standing up for PoC men? They aren’t because no one cares- it’s a non-issue
