I'm a middle class POC from the south, can I go T1?

Freshman middle class POC looking to rush sophomore first sem. I'm interested in the vibes of some T1 frats, do I have any chance, or should I just focus on other frats and be practical

apart from Phi Delt (which is clearly prejudiced), I think every one of every color has a chance at T1... the main limiting factor at the other T1 frats (Theos, Castle) and even T2 frats (Hall, APES, ZBT, Zetes) is your connections like who you know before coming to Penn from private school ... even if you don't know anyone you can get in but then its harder
