UPenn Should Buy Penn State, Then Shut It Down

Penn State probably has a value of around 3 billion if you were to add all of its assets since it has no cash flows being a state-funded school. UPenn should just buy Penn State with its 14 billion endowment and shut Penn State down.
Penn State does too much to dilute the UPenn name. If we didn't have Penn State anymore, "Pennsylvania" in the context of higher education would be directly tied to Penn and we wouldn't have to walk in circles explaining to people that we go to UPenn and not Penn State.
