Phi Delt called theos "too diverse"

Nothing surprising there. Phi Delt has consistently made little to no effort in having a diverse class.
Some might even say they've gone out of their way to make sure their classes don't have diversity.
I'm happy to see frats like Theos, Phi, and Fiji at least making attempts to pledge diverse classes but there's still a lot of work to be done.
While we might one day get racial diversity in frats, I wonder if top frats can ever achieve socioeconomic diversity.

Very very interesting, I was told this back in 2018 by a Phi Delt, exact wording was “too diverse” but not in reference to any particular frat, but I only took it as diversity in personality bc of the context. Only reason I remember it is my friend later texted me if I felt that was weird bc he thought it was.

This what I don’t get, how can we be so calm and chill about in 2020. This is outrageous. Penn is not even 50% white, it’s 40 something % and yet all the relevant frats are something like 80-99% white, Phi Delt being blatantly the worst of them . What are they gaining by remaining so white? I have no hate for those boys just pity for their sorry reluctant asses and empathy for all the men of color who couldn’t find a home in our Greek scene
