Tump, a voteworthy Prez if it weren't for his tweets?

Anyone else think the Donald has actually been a solid president if you exclude his Twitter and rallies? I know its impossible to exclude them but just hypothetically, I would rank him above Bush Jr and the 70's presidents anyday. Either way I will be voting Biden, because I like his policies and diplomacy vision wayyy more but can't help but ponder...

also excluding his nepotism, which honestly has been the worst thing ever seeing Kushner in a position of decision making
