This is it my friends

We’ve spent years debating who was the best. Who got more girls. Who was on the rise. Who was trending down.

There will be no recruitment this year. Housing rules coming into affect next year. Greek life will never be what it once was.

It was a good ride.

def going to take a MASSIVE hit but one possibility is now that penn isn't letting people go back to their greek houses they can't say its not considered "on campus housing" .. could be hope for freshmen to live in greek housing next year (safety dependent)

yeah as in the current freshmen have hope for next year.. maybe - seems so hypocritical of the school to refer to greek housing as on campus now but not for when students want to live there as sophomores

Well with new college house west being completed I think the spring of next year, theres no way that Penn will take the L on those costs. They're upwards of $100M. Penn will still enforce the rule where class of 2024 onward has to live on campus up until sophomore year. Assuming that theres a vaccine within the next year I can see penn making the rising sophomores (current freshmen) living on campus in 2021.

we all hated the sophomore on campus policy but it actually is nice for these freshmen who are getting robbed of their traditional dorm experience so i guess it kinda works out ?
