There is a very good argument to rank Oax above Theta and SDT above APhi but this is how it looks to most people

Also if you are t3 and below you lose access to all the top frats and their exclusive events. But on the other hand, t3 and below tends to be much more racially diverse and more accepting having serious interests outside of Greek life

Theta Tridelt and Tabard are in the same scene. OAX is on the border and some top frats don’t like them cause some girls are just straight weird and don’t know how to socialize with guys. Aphi and SDT will usually have one mixer with each top frat a semester (sometimes it’s as a joke too).

Theta is not T1 even if there is overlap with the T1 scene. This is just the undeniable truth. Imo Oax is lower than Theta but nevertheless Theta and Oax have much more similarities in quality of social life and sisterhood than differences. Same tier
